Here is the step by step process on how to send load to the Philippines
- Choose a network from Smart, Globe or Sun Cellular on the right side of the page
- On the Network loading page, you need to choose the desired load denominations. Eg. 100, 300, 500
- Enter the mobile number you want the load to be credited to into the text field. Eg. +639995555555
- Click the “Add to Cart” button.
- On the right side of the page, click the “Checkout Button.”
- You’re almost there! All you need to do now is to fill in the payment details and your load will be sent to the mobile number.

We offer a variety of payment options through PayPal and major credit cards VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
Paying through PayPal
PayPal is an internationally recognized payment platform on the web. It is secure and very easy to use. If you have a PayPal account already, this is the best choice of payment to use.

Paying through credit cards
We accept credit card payments through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Because we leave it up to the secure hands of the PayPal platform to handle your payments we do not make the final decision whether to accept or decline any payments made. We are only informed by PayPal if payment is approved.

Where the sender is located?
It doesn’t matter where you are located, as long as you have PayPal or credit card, you can buy and send load to the Philippines.
Where the mobile subscriber is located?
In the mean time, we can only send mobile load or minutes through the internet to cellphones in the Philippines.
How fast is load sent? And how long until recipient receives it?
As soon as payment is completed, we will process sending of load immediately and recipient should get the load credit almost instantly. However, due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as cellular network congestion or network downtime, delays may be experienced. Nonetheless, there is no need to worry as orders are simply queued and processed once the network is running smoothly again.
What if recipient never gets the load credits?
While there have been no reported cases, if the recipient does not receive the sent load, simply send us an email with the transaction details and an investigation will be conducted with the particular cellular network.
